FM-F2 Thermoforming Machine
This is a new technology applied for the technical renovation to form interior and exterior materials for industry and construction as well as the inner case of home
refrigerators by supplying the cut plastic sheet (ABS, HIPS, etc.)
This machine is able to form internal materials of refrigerators for Top Mount and Side by Side type and the size of the formed product is standardized in maximum 900 (W) x
1,900 (L) x 700 (H)mm.
It was specially designed to control the control zone of heater carefully to produce different internal material models of refrigerators.

- Safe operation because of the lower structure of the chamber in the machine

- Displacement sensor is installed in the heating part to prevent fire in advance at the time of sheet feeding and it can be free from danger by spraying the air for
cooling when detecting the displacement.
- Control of sheet conveying guide, sheet clamp, sheet thickness/size and heater temperature is programmed in the auto setting function to get the safe operation
function.
- Installation and operation are easy as the machine is designed to be compact when compared to that of male forming method.
- Operation and data management are convenient with the main control function using the latest computer.
