FM-F1 Theromoforming Machine
This is a new technology applied for the technical renovation to form
interior and exterior materials for industry and construction as well as
the inner case of home refrigerators by supplying the cut plastic sheet
(ABS, HIPS, etc.)
A special model as a main production item for vacuum forming of inner
case/door line of refrigerators.
The machine can form top mount and side by side type. The work piece size
formed will be available in maximum 1,000 (W) x 2,000 (L) x 750mm (H) for
the standardized equipment.
It was specially designed to control the control zone of the heater
carefully to produce different interior material models of refrigerators.
Further, we have number of patents for forming part and feeding devices,
which are the core parts of the machine.

Major Features
- Smooth moving thanks to the tuning function in the mold table
- Correct position without vibrating as LM guide applied to the expand
chamber
- Maximized cooling effect as the cooling air in the forming part inside
the chamber will be supplied and discharged by force.
- The fire can be prevented in advance by handling safely for the
problems by detecting the sheet transferred to the sensor detected within
the heat applied zone
- Sheet conveyed quietly, correctly and stably as the precise LM guide
is applied to sheet feeding rail.
- Power saving system is adopted to Hyd' unit so the noise is less at
high speed driving.
- Control of sheet conveying guide, sheet clamp, sheet thickness/size
and heater is programmed in the auto setting function so the safety
operation function is available.
- Because of male forming method and the defect after processing is
minimized as the production is available based on the assemble section
product.
- Operation and data management are convenient with the main control
function using the latest computer.
