This machine is designed to automatically cut the products formed by the automatic vacuum forming machine by means of a trim mold. This machine recognizes the cycle signals from the forming machine to cut the products into appropriate sizes. Since an auto counter and loading function are built in the machine, you may operate it conveniently without any counter error. An AC-servo motor is applied to the driving units of such parts as main crank, feeder and Knock-out, and therefore, the machine speed is precisely and quietly controlled as designed and programmed. Thus, the machine is appropriate for complex and difficult work. Moreover, this machine is designed to be environment-friendly enough to ensure your safety.
